into the connection with a larger web, whose very nature
is always dynamic and wired for change.
What is a Co-creative Core?
"Co-Creative Core Groups are formative units of
the emerging culture. As they connect and manifest action
through the chosen vocations of their members, they are
even now becoming organic functional elements within the
new social body - its healers and entrepreneurs, its communicators,
educators, artists, managers, and leaders of all kinds.
Even now, networks of human-scale communities composed
of such Cores are forming the basis for the cultural re-formation
of the world.
Co-Creative Core Groups practicing the Circles of Co-Creation
are a home base for pioneering souls who are called to
make the transition in our own lives, families, work,
and communities. By modelling this change personally and
socially, at whatever level we are capable of, we are
seeding the chaotic culture around us with islands of
coherence and alignment with a deeper tendency to evolution
of higher consciousness and greater freedom through more
synergistic order. We are making the quantum leap ourselves.
When we are resonating together in this mode, we are living
in this very moment in a new heaven and a new Earth. (the
New Story). Wherever two or more are gathered in this
way of being, the future is present. Now. In this way,
we bring the future into the present. We realize the dream

The Circles of Co-Creation
There is an organic developmental process in the cultivation
of co-creative relationships and groups.
Each step seems to unfold naturally, building on the one
before, leading from the evolving person to the co-creative
society and the next stage of human evolution.
In the Co-creator's
Handbook there are ten circles, each a step in the unfolding
process.
The first five circles express the main focus and practice
of the Resonant Core:
Circle 1: Awakening the
Co-creative Self - Personal Emergence
Co-creative Relationships all begin with the person
Circle 2: Connecting at
the Heart - Creating Resonance
It is this resonant field that gives birth to the co-creative
process.
Circle 3: Overcoming the
Illusion of Separation - Learning New Skills
While resonance is rather like the first attraction of
two lovers, overcoming the illusion of separation, learning
to forgive, and not judge, is more like marriage itself.
In the Resonant Core we extend our inner authority outward
to heal our reactive relational patterns.
Circle 4: Accessing Our
Collective Wisdom - Inspired Insights
As our intuitive mind works in concert with our critical
analytical intellect, a new synthesis-co-creative intelligence-is
born. When we collectively practice deep listening, we
gain access to inspired insights and receive guidance
regarding our actions as individuals and as members of
a group
Circle 5: Honoring the
Sacred - Ceremony, Ritual, & Celebration
We develop ceremonies and rituals to help anchor and actualize
the state of resonance and oneness-retreats, rites of
passage, silence.
These first five circles are the foundation of the Resonant
Core process. The Co-creator's Handbook offers practices,
tools, and meditations to assist, guide and support you
in this unfolding process. "Co-Creative Cores"
evolve from Resonant Core Groups.
Once a field of resonance is created and we have learned
to relate to each other essence to essence, we can then
come together around a shared purpose that actualizes
the gifts of all members and contributes these gifts to
the betterment of society.
Circles 6-10 take you
through the discovery of vocation and the manifestation
of our life purpose in the world. This is where the transition
into the Co-creative Core begins.
Circle 6: Expressing Our
Soul's Purpose
In a field of love, our soul's purpose is drawn forth
into fuller expression.
Circle 7: Discovering
Our Shared Destiny
We are called inwardly to rendezvous with our resonant
partners to discover our shared destiny.
Circle 8: Attuning to
the Design of Creation
We move beyond consensus decision making into whole-systems
knowing and a new form of governance emerges: Self-governance.
Circle 9: Giving Back
to the Whole
It is the nature of life to give back to the whole by
creating sustainable enterprises and sharing our gifts
in service to others.
Circle 10: Birthing a
Co-creative Culture
With ease and grace, Core Groups naturally converge with
one another, giving birth to the new world a co-creative
society.
Critical to the success of co-creative core groups is
establishing a common field of agreement as the group
forms. These become guidelines for participation, and
anchors when communication breaks down.
The Co-creators Agreements
ask for commitment and the self-responsibility of each and
every member, and set a space for respectful and creative
