Odyssey Leadership Centre, and
TAVA Full Circle, LLC Present:
Legacy Leadership®
for a Sustainable Community
Created through the efforts of the Odyssey
Leadership Centre and
TAVA Full Circle, LLC, this unique and timely
program is designed for business, political and community leaders eager
to enhance their abilities to think and act from a collective sense
of leadership for the sustainability of their organizations & communities.
Using
natural systems as the metaphor for thinking systemically, participants
will expand their perspectives to address complex community issues in
a collective and sustainable fashion. Working from the framework of
Legacy Leadership®, attendees will
also engage in creating a sense of their own personal legacy as leaders.
A unique aspect of this experience is the use of a new simulation created
in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership. This breakthrough
experience will be highly interactive over 4 days, both indoors and
in nature at the Catamount Institute. You will be introduced to wide
variety of learning and leadership tools, including assessments, frameworks,
models of thinking and being, reflective processes and applicable principles.
These models, tools and skills will enrich your understanding of working
in harmony with the natural world for outcomes that serve everyone in
an honouring and more effortless fashion. You will also leave the program
with the beginnings of a plan for your organization / community.
