Registration Fee
Payment: Must accompany Registration. All prices below are given in $CDN, and include: refreshments and session materials. Confirmation: Will be provided upon receipt of payment. Cancellation Policy: A $50 CDN administration fee will be charged if cancelled. All cancellations must be received in writing. Registrants who do not attend and fail to cancel prior to the deadline will be charged the entire fee. Substitutes ok.
