Leading a Dynamic TeleClass

Elements & Effective Management of TeleClasses

  1. Know the key objective (desired outcome) of the call
  2. Craft an introduction which will quickly establish your credibility as a subject matter expert AND a competent facilitator
  3. Have three segments to cover
  4. Craft questions that will spark opportunities to share information that will cover your key points.
  5. Craft interaction opportunities (leading techniques) with your questions.
  6. Balance 'talk time'. The facilitator talks enough to set the context without putting class into 'sponge' mode (5-10 minutes max)

The beauty of a Co-creative class is that whatever happens we can learn from it. Real learning is messy and organic. We have an amazing capacity to learn while we speak (and listen!). Participants can say any number of things and then the leader can paraphrase (rephrase) if, and as, necessary.
